Tammy Walters 2020

Tammy Walters is a professional artist based in Halsall, Lancashire. Having enjoyed the last ten years working across the globe – which subsequently opened the door for the international community to purchase her work – Tammy is now enjoying the Lancashire life in all its splendour.

Born near the epic Aintree Racecourse, Tammy’s passion for horses has led her to become the Resident Artist at Aintree International Equestrian Centre, which is the perfect place for her to study the equine form.

Her equestrian paintings capture the emotional connection that she feels around these beautiful animals, and having the best of British racing, showjumping and dressage on her doorstep she has plenty of subject material.

Tammy is a self-taught artist with many years of experience and predominantly works in oils and acrylics, although she has a huge passion for pen and ink, creating pony and dog illustrations. With her extensive range of styles and genre, she loves to change mediums to keep her mind fresh and alive.
